CuttingEdge was founded in 1997 as a full service Executive Search firm specializing in C-Level and Senior level, digital media job roles in predominantly Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and Business Development roles. We work closely with Luxury Brands, Publishers, Architectural, Interior Design, Visual Arts, and Technology Companies with the express goal of bringing top CLIENTS and CANDIDATES together, to support both parties’ objectives for long-term career growth, happiness and success.

CuttingEdge also acts as a delegate for employees seeking new job opportunities. Our career and business coaches meet with our candidates, listen to their job requirements and aspirations, and then offer thoughtful strategy and career guidance to help achieve their goals. Our recruiters and head hunters will work to uncover positions that meet the designated parameters. Like talent agents, we assess what is most important (location, wages, advancement opportunities, benefits, etc.) and identify the best positions and employers to meet our candidate’s objectives. Once potential fits are identified we continue with our career coaching services , resume review, job interview tips and negotiation techniques throughout the placement process.
